Lil Tracy: The Worst Name in Rap

08/31/2020

The rapper that is only known by anybody for being a black version of deceased artist Lil Peep has managed to land so many controversies over his career. Lil Tracy is a rapper and singer that seems to be so full of himself and unaware of his behavior that he starts fights with anybody that exists. 6ix9ine may have been imprisoned and Drake may be abnormally pathetic when faced with criticism despite not writing his own lyrics, but Lil Tracy time and time again has successfully made himself out to be a giant man-child with the most sensitive mind possible.

Lil Tracy has accused both Juice WRLD and Lil Yachty for stealing his style. Juice WRLD has spoken about how he has been freestyling and rapping since he was a little kid, but even ignoring that he has been uploading songs to Soundcloud for over 5 years, 1 year longer than Lil Tracy. Whereas Lil Yachty (who doesn't even have a very similar style) has been uploading music to Soundcloud for 6 years, 2 whole years longer than Tracy. But that's not even relevant regardless of that because Lil Tracy doesn't have an original style at all. Him and Lil Peep had completely the same style except Tracy was way worse at it. Melodic rap with elements of alternative rock wasn't created by Lil Tracy. The fact that this man is so full of himself that he has convinced himself that he is this God of the subgenre is laughable.

Aside from making a stupid claim about Juice WRLD ripping off his style, Lil Tracy also attacked him for his song Legends. Legends is a single by Juice WRLD that was meant to be a tribute for Lil Peep and XXXTentacion. Lil Tracy responded to the release of this song by saying, "fuck juice world," and he later admitted that he only reacted that way because he was jealous of Juice WRLD's success. How much of a child can you be? Someone makes a song to remember the lives of two artists that were taken away, and you attack them for it because you are jealous of them.

Following his attack of Juice WRLD, Lil Tracy called out XXXTentacion, Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Yachty for talking about Lil Peep after his death. Lil Tracy had an issue with them showing their respect when they had never spoken about or to him prior. But that's insanely stupid. Lil Peep shared a lot of fans with these artists and had multiple things in common with them, showing your respect for him after his death is nothing but human decency. Lil Tracy insulted XXXTentacion's music and physical appearance just because he was being respectful towards a man that had passed away.

Since Lil Tracy thinks he is a musical genius, when Lil Nas X rose to fame with his song Old Town Road, Tracy had to find a way to incorporate himself into the new news. In 2018 Lil Tracy released a song called Like a Farmer, and he claims that Lil Nas X ripped that song off. The melody isn't even almost similar, the flow is the utter opposite. The only similarity between the two is one lyric. Lil Tracy says on Like a Farmer, "I got horses in my car like a farmer," and Lil Nas X says on Old Town Road, "I got the horses in the back," the meaning of each song is completely different! They sound absolutely nothing alike and have no other similarities. Lil Tracy simply saw that his lack of talent continues to bring him a lack of attention, so he tried to get some more attention.

No one in the rap community is so consistently unaware than Lil Tracy. This isn't even every story of his constant stupidity. He once judged Lil Pump for his repetitive lyrics, despite the fact that Tracy says, "tattoos all on my face," in every single song that it gets annoying in the first half of an album. He also said that Famous Dex is the reason that XXXTentacion, Lil Yachty and others got famous despite the fact that zero people would know of Tracy without Peep. His songs are so auto tuned it's painful, he has the worst lyrics ever it's hilarious and oh yeah, he's been accused of rape multiple times.

If Lil Tracy would learn to stop saying utterly ridiculous and unfair statements, he wouldn't be such an abomination in rap. But he does it time and time again and he's probably going to come back with something obnoxious again.
